I have been having this problem for a while and I figured out how to fix it. I will list the steps on how to fix it.
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click on System and Security
3. Click on System
4. On the left hand side of the screen it has Device Manager
5. Click on Device Manager
6. Click the arrow for Display adapters
7. Right click Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 or the Intel Graphics Card
8. Click Update Driver Software
9. Click on Automatically Search for driver software
10. Let it download and install the software
11. Once it is finished click yes to restart your computer
12. Go to http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows%208%20-%2064
13. Download the latest beta driver
14. Install the software and restart your computer again
15. After you have restarted your computer, go to Control Panel
16. Go to System and Security
17. Go to Windows Update
18. Click where it says important updates are available
19. Where it says AMD in the next update, right click and click Hide Update
20. And last, where it has Intel in the name, right click and click Hide Update
And then that should have worked. And if it didn't just reply to this topic and I will hopefully try to help you out.
If I have missed a step just tell me and I will fix it.
Warning: Do not use this method of fixing your graphics card if:
1. You have an external monitor and you cannot see your screen on your laptop, Example: Your laptop screen is cracked and you have an external monitor to use or you cannot see your screen for some other reason.
That's pretty much it and your graphics card is hopefully fixed!
