Blue Screen of Death VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR 113

hi, i am getting some issues with my dell inspiron 5537.. since i updated it to windows 8.1,, i am often getting a "VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR 113" blue screen of death. it mostly happens after i put the laptop on sleep, while waking up.. and everytime i start the laptop... does anyone have a solution for this..
