I have a Inspiron 520 laptop that I am replacing the hard drive. It is less than 2 yrs. old but out of warranty. I understand I will have to purchase the info to restore the computer back to factory specs from Dell. How will Dell supply the restore info, by down loading it from their website or will they sent it to me on a cd by mail.
