Latitude E6440 doesn't come to live after lid close

Hi Experts,

When I close my Latitude E6440s lid and open it later, the computer doesnt display anything. Tried pressing all keys nothing works. So I have to restart the PC all the time.

Please let me know how to overcome this issue?
