Lcd upgrade for dell 5537????????

Hello,

First i want to ask is it possible to upgrade dell 5537 lcd from 720p to 1080p?

Secondly dell 5537 comes with touch screen also but i have non-touch versoin so i was wondering is it possible to upgrade the existing lcd (non-touch) with touch lcd.
