AMD CCC not working Inspiron 5520

Hi,

I have a Dell Inspiron 5520 and it comes with an integrated Intel HD 4000 and ATI Radeon HD 7670.

ATI Radeon HD 7670m Current Driver Version: 8.951.9.1000                  

Windows 7 64bit                                                            

Unfortunately when I try to play games it seems that it uses the Intel HD 4000 instead of the ATI Radeon HD 7670.

I tried installing the AMD CCC so that I could switch the graphic card but I can't seem to open it.

"AMD Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using the AMD Catalyst Control Center."

So I tried updating the Drivers for the ATI Radeon from Dell's official site and after the installation i verified that the version of the current graphic driver is up to date (8.951.9.1000). And I still had the same problem with AMD's CCC

I also tried disabling the Intel HD 4000 from Device Manager but it still won't switch to the ATI Card.

Please advice a solution
