I am having problems updating drivers of my laptop Inspiron 5520, which runs Windows 8. My Dell Support Center warns me about critical updates for Elantech Touchpad and Intel HD Graphics 4000. When I download the corresponding files (Touchpad_Elantech_W8_X00_A01_Setup-YT8FK_ZPE and Video_Intel_W84_X00_A02_Setup-5K9FD_ZPE) the Elantech Touchpad is apparently successfully installed, but after restart, the Dell Support Center still warns me about installation of the file. So, what happened with the successful installation of Touchpad_Elantech_W8_X00_A01_Setup-YT8FK_ZPE. A different problem happens with Video_Intel_W84_X00_A02_Setup-5K9FD_ZPE. This file is unzipped but then there is an error message saying that “This Computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software”. That was the file that My Dell Support Center asked me to update, so whats happening?
To make more complicated my situation, I successfully installed a Netgear PTV2000 three days ago, but now Intel WiDi tells me that I need to update my Intel Graphics or the manufacturer's one to connect to PTV2000 via WiDi. It is a vicious circle, as I mentioned above I cannot update my Intel HD Graphics 4000 for some reason.
I need your urgent help.
Many thanks Juan Carlos
