I wanted to know if any of you know what's going on here.
A Dell Technician said it was a problem with either the video card, or my computer display.
I've tried finding the answer myself, but I'm still not sure.
When I turn on the laptop, the screen resolution is all messed up, "Squished" is what I can call it. This never happened before and it sounds like a video card problem.
You can also see a ton of red lines flickering everywhere. These lines come up when the screen is dark.
Now the most annoying part of it all: There is a "layer" of red on top of every color on the screen that's not white.
Now, when I hook my laptop up to my TV, everything looks the way it should be. So then again, it might NOT be a video card problem.
Do any of you know what's up?
