I'm a streamer and i use my laptop to do live streams on twitch. The other day when i tried to access my streaming software (Xsplit broadcasting) it kept constantly crashing and ti finish loading up. Then afterwards i went on YouTube to try and edit one of my uploaded videos and the video failed to play, it kept saying that a plug-in (shockwave flash) stopped responding. also, when i try to watch video on thw movies app i just gives me a loading screen and fails to play. I don't really know what to do at this point. Can someone please help me?

Dell Inspiron N5010 screen gone blank
hi,
I have Dell inspiron N5010 laptop, two days back screen is suddenly gone blank. when I power on the laptop the power button and notification lights are glowing, fan is also working but nothing come on the screen. I tried to go to BIOS but BIOS is not opening also not even Dell logo is coming on startup. what is the problem with my laptop. can anyone help me with this issue

Dell 7520 switchable graphics memory problems with windows 10
I have dell 7520 which was supposed to be a good laptop as it has a great hardware configuration lets start with my configuration Intel i7 3612qm and intel hd4000 with amd 7730m and 1080p screen and 8 giga 1600 mhz ram which seems good as an everyday laptop but the truth is not before I buy though having a big graphic card can help me to play games on good frame rate and graphic quality but after i bought it appeared that that graphic card is not suitable with games and switchable graphics is not made for gaming experience its made for battery saving and that graphic card is suitable for video rendering as it has big memory so now lets start with the problem i came for today , first dell recommended to me to upgrade to windows 10 as it's suitable to my system so my system is windows 10 supported by dell I started by using drivers recommended by dell by using My service tag , I just want to do one simple task with my laptop to watch 1080p videos with 1.5 speed playback on my laptop , I use k-lite codec latest version and they recommended me using madvr video renderer as it is the best for rendering high quality videos , but on my laptop it is not working so well as there is frame rate drops a freeze on the screen every 1 or 2 seconds when i do so , so i will make my self clear , I want dell technician to recommend me an amd7730m driver and an intel hd400 as the latest on dell's website was one year ago and the latest one on intel/amd websites doesnot make any diffrence and How to configure k lite codec video renderer to get best video quality and frame rate for My laptop no matter pc usage or power consuming it is .
Please answer my question as fast as u can because I am very tired from waiting and asking in intel/amd/k-lite codec forums and tell me that my system configuration can do that simple Task

Dell E5470 w/ Intel HD520 Graphics- KVM - No Projector was Detected
I just received an E5470 with the Intel HD520 graphics card. I have a Linkskey KVM (LKU-SO4ASK). This laptop is replacing an E6520 where the KVM works fine. The monitor is a Samsung BH2330H. The mouse (Logitech MX-518) and the keyboard (MS Digital Media Pro) work fine on the KVM when I attach it with the E5470. It is just that the monitor is blank.
If I take a VGA (analog) cable from the monitor to the new laptop (E5470), I can work with multiple monitors. Duplicate, Extend and Projector Only work fine.
If I hook it up with the same cables that I'm using for the E6520, as I said earlier, the mouse and keyboard work but the Samsung Monitor is blank whether I Extend or Duplicate it. If I select "Projector Only", it is blank and after about 10 seconds, I get this error:
Unable to connect to projector.
No Projector was Detected
I just updated to the most recent BIOS and installed the Synaptics VMM3320 MST HUB Firmware Updater (3.10.1 - Apr 18,2016) and still no luck.
I'm at a loss. I really don't want to keep around the E6520 so that I can RDP to E5470. It will be a pain when I have to figure out the best workaround when trying to be on a VPN.
If anyone has experience issues with the Intel HD520 and KVMs, I'd be interested if you have been able to solve it.

I have this laptop and unfortunately, the webcam works 1/3 times on skype. All the drivers are up to date and skype is as well but I don't understand why it stops working.

Latitude E5430 trible monitors?
Hi,
This question has been asked before but there is still no clear solution for that. Anyhow, I have a Latitude E5430 and I would like to have 3 screens as the following:
1. The built in screen
2. A screen connected through the VGA
3. A screen connected through the HDMI
is that possible?
right now the laptop can recognize the 3 screens but on of them is always grayed out
the laptop has Intel HD 4000 graphic card. According to Intel this should be possible to work out, but its not working!!

Dell Inspiron 15R SE 7520 starting problem
While starting my laptop is showing green screen with one horizontal stripe at bottom and beeping 8 times at a stretch until i shut it off. Checked the screen and found ok. With the new screen the problem persists. What is the problem if screen is alright ?
Is it the problem of the GPU? Motherboard needs to be replaced or any other solution would work.

Dell Inspiron 7568 Display Quality Problem
After playing a few 1080p bluray 3D videos, the picture quality of the screen has reduced drastically, and I am able to notice shades/colour tints on the screen when playing videos and viewing pictures of high resolution.
Notice the varying shades of colour , specifically in the top left portion of the pictures below. I ran the Video card test and Video Card stress test and it passed all tests except video Memory Test and GPU Pipeline tests , which got cancelled.
I don't know what the cause of the problem is, and any help or advice regarding this issue will be highly appreciated. Thank you in a

Graphics driver stop working frequently
I have a DELL Inspiron 15. Since I install Windows 10 anniversary update I have problems with the graphics driver. I have an external monitor, connected through dock station. Sometimes when the computer start the external monitor freeze and the windows lock itself. I have to disconnect the external monitor, disable the Intel HD Graphics 5500 and enable again. Normally this operation solve the problem. Other times the computer start and works with the external monitor without problems.
I updated the driver on Dell website. I am using version 20.19.15.4463. I also update Display link driver of my dock station but the problem continue.
Anybody have a suggestion to solve this problem?

Screen does not turn ON Inspiron 15 5568 2-in-1
Hi,
I got a Dell Inspiron 15 5568 2-in-1 purchased one month ago and suddently its screen does not turn on neither after loading Windows nor before loading BIOS. I can only use my laptop by connecting an external HDMI screen.
In the Windows Video Configuration I can only choose the external HDMI screen.
I have updated BIOS and video drivers to the latest versions, but the issue persists. All the hardware tests from Dell software are OK, but it is like the screen of the laptop dissapeared,
What else can I do?

dell xps 19 9530 2 flickering bands on display
I have 2 flickering bands on the display.
I ran the pre boot assessment and see them when the colour bands are displayed, but not on the main screen. The flickering bands appear in windows. All of the drivers are up to date.

Quick question about Nvidia adapter in XPS15 9550
I just took delivery of the system a few weeks ago (coming from a 2012 XPS 17 l702x that's showing its age, even with 16GB ram), and no issues with it of any importance but I do have a question that I'm very curious about. The Nvidia adapter (GeForce GTX 960M) is supposed to be a selling point, right? So why is it when I open the control panel to see what programs it is used for, it is basically only Chrome and all other programs the Intel with no option to choose.
Am I missing where to change a setting to allow me to choose to at least have the option to use it?
On a positive note, the laptop is a peresonal computer but went with this one for muscle to run some CPU intense programs, like autoCAD for work. I like lots of visible "acreage" on the screen so the 4k monitor is a great change from the HD of the l702x. I have been going back and forth chatting with Dell support, having a hard time getting through the flow-chart responses to try and ask a simple question of if the system will extend the display to a second screen in 4k, and is so, what will I need hardware wise.
The final result from tech support was I need a Thunderbolt 3-DisplayPort adapter and get a 4k device with DisplayPort input ( Turns out, that's not cheap), as the onboard HDMI output does NOT support HDMI 2.0. This is all while he knew I had (have) a Dell DA200 adapter.
Yesterday I was very close to a local Best Buy so I went in and asked if I could hook up my XPS to one of their 4k TVs with a USB-C to HDMI adapter, and if it worked I'd buy them both. Though I reluctantly agreed because I've read much to the contrary, he said we need to use an UHD HDMI cable. So through the adapter the display MIRRORED in 4k (which I knew it could but not what I need) but when I changed to EXTEND, it dropped off and the system didn't recognize the device and the TV didn't see any input signal. But, when I moved the HDMI to the onboard port of the XPS, it ***' worked! No problems.
So I a 40" TV for my 4k monitor and the non-UHD HDMI cable works fine, plus I can use the DA200 adapter and run my current HD monitor along side the XPS 4k screen. So the display extends through three screens if needed. Not bad at all. Pays to take your system down and try it out first.

Weird GPU load while playing some games
I'm currently using the new alienware 15 with gtx 1070. When I'm playing dota 2 or GTA V, the gpu load is never maxed at 99% which resulted in low FPS. However, other games such as Bioshock infinite could reach 99% of gpu load. So, is this the games' problem or any driver issues?

Dell Inspiron 15 Screen Power setting keeps resetting to 15 minutes
I have a Dell Inspiron 15. After 15 minutes of use the screen powers down. I go to settings and change the power settings to never. The issue is when I turn off the computer it resets back to 15 minutes. Is there some setting I'm missing.

Dell 7559 Screen Tearing Issue
We purchased the 7559 in May 2016 and have been having problems since then. Several attempts to get this addressed with no luck. Numerous driver loads/reloads/reconfigurations. The diagnostics show "no problems", and now Dell Tech Support is saying that it's a software issue requiring a software warrany for an additional charge (before we can ship it back for repair).
Definitely my last Dell given the effort they put into not addressing the issue.
Has anyone else seen this problem on the 7559 (4k or otherwise)? Did Dell support the issue? And if so how? (Please not another "new" driver)? I have a few months on the warranty and have tired of the technical support that doesn't help.
