switching from intel card to AMD readon card not working !!

i\ve got dell inspiron 3521 with core i5 and amd readon hd 8730 and windows 8 ..  when i open PES 2013 , it tell me that the graphic card wrkin is intel and it's bad like the picture ,although i set the power options and make it high performance  .. how can i use the amd with games and applications ??
