I hope someone will be able to help me here.
I have Dell Studio 1558 laptop. The problem I am having is the screen is black. I cannot see anything. The problem with thick stripes and then when I press at the bottom of the laptop screen it will work for a bit, then it will go bad. At this point I am unable to see anything on the laptop screen. When I connect VGA cable to another screen it works perfectly fine.
Not sure if the cable that is connected with the laptop screen is in fault or the screen it self is in fault. Also, laptop is out of warranty.
