I have a Latitude E5520 and a Vostro 3500 that when you click on an image, the Windows Photo Viewer opens, but no image is displayed. It just states "Loading". If you click the slideshow button in the middle of the controls, the image will appear and you can left click through any images in the folder.
Also, on the E5520, the Aero theme is grayed out and unavailable. I upgraded the video card drivers to the latest available and it fixed it for a day, but then today when he booted his machine up, Aero is unavailable again. The Desktop Window Manager Session Manager is Started in the Services and set to Automatic. I tried restarting this service with no change in status.
Any idea on either issue?
