I have problem with the integrated webcam. I got Dell XPS 15 L502X I bought it 2 and a half years ago so it came with Windows 7 64 bit and everything was fine after some time, about half a year I've tried to skype call to someone and suddenly my cam didn't worked so I just reinstalled again and it was working fine. Before 1 year or less when I had Windows 8 it was working the camera fine and like before suddenly it stopped working so I've tried to reinstall it again and I've tried on several sites/programs such as YouTube and when I hit record video and use my camera it works, when I go open Skype and go to Tools > Options > Video settings it just shows a black screen and my camera light is turned on but my camera is loading ... but when I try to send a skype video message it works perfectly, also it works on Manycam program. So I've downgrade my Windows 8, I did complete format and I am using Windows 7 and it's the same problem as I mentioned before on Windows 8, on some of the programs my cam is working on some it's not working. When I try to call to someone on Skype it is just a black screen, my light is turned on and it's just loading. I've tried to reinstall it and didn't seem to work. I double checked that no other device is using my camera and I didn't find nothing. Is there any help?
