Inspiron N5110 Graphics Card not working after 8.1 Windows Update.

I recently updated my windows to 8.1, now when i try to instal drivers for my video card ATI Radeon HD 6470M from your Drivers and Support site, it works, but it says my card is 7450M or 7400M series... But when i try to instal any other Catalys Control Center and Display Drivers (13.4, 13.9, 13.11 beta), noone of then works, and when it starts it says Aplication Install: Install Package Error, why does it do that, and how can i fix it? (The Drivers worked fine on Windows 7 32/64 bit). And with just dell drivers, when i try to start some game, it says that it cannot start some D3D on ATI card, but on Intel Graphics HD everything works fine (but it's too slow to play anything well). If you can help me, please do it...
