Dell Inspiron Pixels Visible

I have a new dell inspiron 3537. I7 4500u

i can see the pixels of the screen if I look close.

in other laptops with the same resolution 1366/768 the individual pixels are not that visible.

is this normal for dell inspiron 3537. And why is that?
