Dell Inspiron N4110 Gray Screen on Startup

Hi, I have this Dell Inspiron N4110, running on Windows 7 Professional x86, Intel HD Graphics 3000 (Driver is updated).

Basically, the problem is the screen turns gray on the startup, it boots correctly, loads windows, and when the desktop is showed up the screen turns gray for around 15 second, and the it goes back to normal, this doesnt occur all the times the laptop is turned on, I have already changed the LCD, and the problem persist, does anybody if their a solution for this.
