I have the above issue which can occur as frequently as every 10 minutes, or only once in a few hours, and last from a few seconds to a few minutes, and then disappear again.
I have run the dell hardware diagnostics, both quick and full tests, as well as memory and video card stress tests and come up with nothing.
The problem started occurring shortly after I rebuilt my laptop (clean install of Win 7 on new HDD).
All drivers are present, and latest versions too.
I have now installed Windows 10, in the hope that updating the drivers may help, but the problem is still present.
Is there another diagnostic I can try to help pinpoint the issue ?
