'Install your USB controller driver'?

Hi, i'm trying to use a gamepad controller on my Inspiron 15 3542 however it won't detect it. I saw a notification on the Action Center saying 'Install your USB controller driver' but when I click it it says 

'This solution could not be downloaded' after that I clicked 'View all problems this applies to' which bring up this ; 

 I double click it and it brings up; 

These are all the USB's in the Device Manager; 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
