Turned Windows 7 Laptop on this morning, had the Windows 10 icon in tray, clicked and it said the NVIDIA 9500 Drivers not supported / compatible so can't upgrade windows to 10, contact your manufacturer. I logged onto Geforce web site, downloaded its update tool and it downloaded latest drivers. Re-booted laptop and now the Windows 10 icon in system tray has dissapeared so I can no longer see if latest drivers allow it to be upgraded and can find no mention of windows 10 issues on dell website anywhere or on Geforce web site.
Any ideas how I a) retest latest drivers / why windows 10 icon gone. Did they think I was not worthy so cut me off forever :( and b) If drivers that windows 10 will support are coming if ones i downloaded are not correct. Its a 2010 high end specification machine so hardly ancient. Thanks
