Screen stays locked in vertical. Have to manually rotate it to landscape.
History:
Tried chat, redirected 4 times, then dropped.
Tried calling, long distance from Central America, gave up after 10 minutes.
After leaving a review, this msg showed up:
1st, make sure that your screen orientation lock is not on. You can find that at the top of the screen. Then try going into Display, Screen Resolution, and making sure the box is checked to allow/ not allow screen orientation. This should alleviate the issue.

Did that, doesn't fix issue. Screen stays locked in vertical.
