Dell xps 13 (2015) Power manager charging limit

Hi Everyone ,

I have a question regarding the Dell Command Power Manager. From the software i've set a Custom battery settings (in theory) which starts charging at 60% or below, and which stops charging at 80% or above.

In practical the 80% upper limit works as expected, but the below limit doesnt work as it should. If the battery is above 60% it still charges when i plug it in and charges it till 80% and then stops.

Has a similiar case occured to anyone ?
