Does Dell E7450 with discrete GeForce 840m support 4K at 60 Hz?

I would like to connect 4K Dell display to Dell Latitude E7450 with GeForce 840m by DisplayPort cable.

Does Dell Latitude E7450 with GeForce 840m graphic card support 3840x2160 (4K) resolution at 60 Hz refresh ratio on external display? Is it possible to switch between integrated Intel HD 5500 and GeForce 840m?
