Screen upgrade for Dell xps 13

Hello

I own Dell xps 13 l322x (2014 model) and I consider upgrading for the screen.

My current screen is 768*1366 resolution, non-touch, and I wonder whether it is possible to upgrade for higher resolution screen or for touch screen or for both :)

My current screen connector tag is D13 LVDS, and from what I saw until now, the higher resolution connector tag is D13B.
