Dell Vostro 3360 Webcam not being recognised

Hi Community, 

we have a 2012 Vostro 3360, running Windows 7 Pro SP1 Laptop that works a treat, however in the last month or so the webcam has suddenly stopped working, it is not being recognised by Windows.

We have uninstalled the Webcam Central software and re-installed it still nothing.

i have checked the connectors under the Keyboard, but i suspect it will be behind the screen.

The Microphone (embedded with the Webcam) that is also not working.

Any Dell Engineers out there who have an igloo about this one?
