I have an Inspiron N7110 i7 and I'm wondering if it came with the Nvidia graphics card. I've searched around and seen that people with the low end models don't have them, but I have one of the more pricier ones, but my problem is I purchased it from Best Buy last year and was unaware that the option for that was even available. I can't get the drivers detected, and I've updated the bios and everything, is it safe to say that it didn't ship with it, or is there a way to have the card detected? Would really love to game with laptop.
