low fps with 980m with low setting

Hi all , i just got my laptop Alienware 17 R2 (Early 2015)

Intel Core i7-4810HQ (2.80GHz, 6MB Cache)
16GB DDR3L 1600 MHz
1TB 7200RPM Hard Drive, 500GB M.2 SSD

GTX 980M

i am getting 7 to 18 FPS with low setting on all game i test it like  tomb raider.

i try Heaven Benchmark 4.0 with low setting and i am getting 10 to 17 FPS

i try to contact dell but they say "Our records indicate that Chat is not available for your Alienware 17 R2 (Early 2015) product. We are still here for you and offer a variety of solutions, some of which are listed below."
