Video drivers for Inspiron N5110

Hello everybody,

I recently checked updates that apply to my service tag and a video driver popped up: a driver package for the N5110 with Radeon HD7570M (it is called "ATI Mobility Radeon HD 7570M Driver"). Strangely, it says that the update is compatible to the 7450M-card.

Now, my card is a HD 6470M, so my guess is that the driver will not work on my PC? Or is one of the 3 aformentioned cards a rebrand of another?

(proposed driver update is version 9.003.00.A01, my current driver is 8.840.7.3000).

Any thaughts anyone?
