8 Beeps on start up

Hi, 

My Inspiron 15R laptop could not start up and producing 8 beeps every time i try it. 

I hava tried to

1. Connect a external monitor, nothing happen

2. Hold "D" + power button, nothing happen

Any solution for this? [:(]
