Webcam Central won't install

Hi,

After a recent re-install of Win 7, I'm in the process of downloading and re-installing drivers and software from the Dell site. I've gone through the bios, chipset etc updates in the order suggested and am now onto software.

However I'm stalled on Webcam central software, when I start the downloaded file SmartSource.MediaManager.application from Dell downloads, it fails when verifying files, it gives an error message "cannot start the application, the application is missing required files, contact the vendor" and in the details there is an error report log which is copied below.

Any ideas or assistance will be greatly appreciated as I can't use the webcam at the moment.

Many thanks, Helen Ryle
