Hello,
I bought Dell 3542 i3 with Windows 8.1 and I have a problem with Web camera. When I go to app Camera it get black screen and give me this note "Looks like there is something wronge with your camera. Check the manufacturers website for troubleshooting info." I did diagnostic, and everything is OK, when diagnostic is on, then camera turns on and I can se me for 5 sec., after that I cant see anything. I have latest Dell Webcam center.
Please HELP, what to do?
