Everything is wrong with Dell 3537/5537

OK, so you're not going to provide software updates for this laptop anymore, that's understandable. The dGPU (HD 8670M/HD 8850M) on these series is broken and AMD can't fix this situation, that's OK. In fact, everybody (HP, Lenovo, Acer) passed on trying to provide their customers with working new driver releases (since they break ACPI or something). Buying an AMD Enduro-enabled machine was a terrible idea.

But this horrific piece of .NET software, "AMD Catalyst Control Center" (found in your 13.201.0.0 package, gentlemen), manages to load my CPU up to 50% (sometimes even 74%) randomly, which is a really, really fine addition to already occurring BSODs and utterly disgusting 3D performance.

Just look at it:

And it won't go away, it just stays like that. You have to restart CCC.exe to fix this (for a while).

Note that this is a clean installation, the only two custom pieces here are Adobe Reader 11.0.10 and Visual Studio Community 2013 Update 4. So no, I'm not going to re-install anything or update my BIOS, LOL, in case you think I didn't try that before, and you wouldn't want to know how many times I've seen Windows PE screen already, trying to just make stuff work like it should. You know, like on normal laptop.

So yeah, this is what I paid for. This is my critical environment for my GPGPU research. I haven't even had an opportunity to run any of my projects yet, and I've already seen two "Driver has stopped working..." warnings and this "74.6%" thing. My uptime is less than 20 hours now and I'm already tempted to try and switch back to something more stable (like RHEL or Ubuntu, which is not that great of an option since I'm a C# & C++/CLI developer, god damn it, and I want to write C++ AMP). This was supposed to be my hardware for hours-long debugging, performance analysis and such. Guess that's not going to happen.

Don't you understand? I'm not your tester, I want to use my computer, I paid money for that! It's not just me, people have been bashing you for more than a year since this monstrosity (Inspiron 3537/5537) has seen the light. Please, just do something about it, you can't be that inhumane. I can't even leave this machine to somebody and buy myself another one, because they will run into all kinds of troubles even when doing simplest stuff!
