GTX-770M Graphics Cards not detected in Device Manager

Hi;

My AW-18 does not properly detect my GTX-770M cards (x2), and display them in Device Manager. All I see is that under Other Devices there are two Unknown Devices listed, one of which I already know about (not related). No GTX cards appear under Display Adapters.

Also, when I try to install GeForce Experience, I get an error saying I don't have the right graphics cards for that program. It used to run fine until today (15Dec2014).

This PC has one hard drive wipe and system re-install in it's history. It's possible this item has been like this since that event.

The Hardware Id info on this mystery items is as follows:

ACPI\VEN_SMO&DEV_8810
ACPI\SMO8810
*SMO8810

So I guess I have two questions;

1) Can you tell me what that mystery device is?

2) Why can't I see my graphics cards in the device manager, despite all the usual actions like scanning for new hardware, looking for drivers, etc.

Thank You,

Graham
