Dell XPS 12 - Blue Ray Player doesnt work

I purchased a DELL XPS 12 - 5 months ago, the XPS 12 is compatable with playing Blue Ray.  I brought external Blue Ray Player hardware, and Nero Platnium 12 Blue Ray playing software to run the hardware. I tried to run the Blue Ray player and it says "The connection to your display does not meet the system requirements for Blue-ray.  Please check your system for HDCP compatability or use the analog output.  (Error-Code (1:0x13, 2:0x80400034)).

Could you please assist me to get the Blue Ray Player to work.
