I am using dell 1564,now i am facing a problem that when i turn on my laptop the welcome page of dell shows and the progess bar starts loading but my os doesn't loads even i wait for 1 hour i tried to press f2 f8 and f12 it shows that i have checked the respective buttons but nothing hapeens just the welcome page of dell shows.whats the problem with my laptop.
