Inspiron N4110 ATI Driver causing Start Up error and display off periodically

Hi all Dell masters,

I have some problems with my display recently. I hope I could get help from this forum.

The chronologies: My display suddenly going to black screen without any warning and all applications that were running also stopped. It is like when when you operate your computer without battery and ups, and you got electricity failure. Dead. BUT, the fan is still running perfectly when the display gone black all the times. So, I think, my laptop is half dead. Then, after it became black, the fan runs faster. Sometimes, it totally off after some minutes, and I have to start from with the power button and got option to start the windows in normal way or another way.

This is what I did to figure out the problems:

I did the ePSA Diagnostic several times. No problems found. I did thorough test. Nothing found. My HDD, RAM, Mainboard are safe, also with other components. I updated the BIOS to the latest (A 012) and I did Windows clean install. I started to install one by one all the drivers I downloaded from Dell. After the part of Video Drivers, I got another problem. It is ok with Intel HD 3000 drivers, but when I install ATI Radeon driver, unfortunately my laptop got blank and died. If I start the Windows, it won't start up. I must do Start Up repair and revert back to the latest system recovery. Once, I succeed installing the ATI Radeon Driver, the display suddenly gone crazy with multiple colors blinking and flickering, and then my laptop died.

Today, i don't install the ATI Radeon Driver and My laptop just working fine. No blank nor dead laptop, nor even blinking and flickering. When I check the device manager, I got yellow triangle with exclamation point. I know, because I don't install the ATI driver.

My questions are:

1. is it possible that causing my laptop blank (and dead) in sudden is the External display (ATI Radeon HD 6630M). Does the ePSA also diagnose this ATI graphic card? since it is a phantom graphic card IMO.

2. It used to be just working fine when I installed the driver recommended by dell, but how come it became extreme problem today?

3. any tips you can share me? I really need any support now.

PS: I use OEM Windows 7 Professional SP 1 64 bit. The Driver that I installed all these years are provided by Dell. I tried all ATI driver from Dell. I also tried the driver recommended by AMD for my graphic card, the result is the same.
