Purchased an inspirion 15 5000 series laptop ten days ago. Also purchased a memorex DVD writer reader. But have not been able to play DVDs on the laptop. It automatically directs me to the directory and when I click on the drive it takes me to the files on disc / fils waiting to be written to disc window. Tried it with an LG DVD writer reader yesterday and had the same problem. Both readers played DVDs on other laptops. Can you help me figure this out?
