Hello everyone !
I have an inspiron 5423 and it's been working completely fine for the year I've had it. and then yesterday, out of nowhere, I was doing some stuff on Photoshop and the display started to go weird. I keep getting these white horizontal lines, reminds me of white noise on tv or something. I have dropped the laptop once in the past but not recently, so I dont understand. I am an art student and this is a very sensitive issue for me.
I tried updating and rolling back the display adapter as I read online that people with a similar issue tried that and it resolved it, but did not help the issue with my laptop. I am adding a video link where you can see exactly what is going on : Image may be NSFW.
