when raising the screen on this laptop I have trouble with it becoming usable. The screen is gray with fine lines from side to side. If I slightly touch the let side of the screen and make adjustments it will come on and stay on until it may be picked up or jarred by movement. When this happens the mouse will no longer work and it quits processing whatever I was working on. I was told that I needed a tech specialist to replace the 3 wire ribbon wire which goes through the base and into the screen. This computer has 2 individual hinges connecting the two.. It appears that all problems are within the left hinge.
I NEED HELP........... everything else on this computer is working perfectly.
Please Please tell me who can make this type of repair. Dell told me I had to ship it to INDIA ! Absolutely NOT.. I want it repaired in the USA.
