I think this laptop has a problem with display drive.
The problem is: in some software, the scene on the screen will stoke when you did any action, but actually, it acted. Only no response on the screen.
Such on chrome, and office. The only response you could see is close the software.
Also, Firefox has this problem, when you make a right click, everything of Firefox on the screen will stop response.
Now, the solution is shake the window. Drag the top of the software, and shake it.
It had happened once, I solved this by change a display driver, but this time it does not work.
