Dell Inspiron 3537 display wont resume from "Display Off"

Hey guys, I just got this laptop a week ago,

Its a Dell Inspiron 3537

Windows 8.1

i7-4500u

HD4400

AMD HD8850m

My problem is when the display "Turns off" not sleep, ( I disabled sleep)

It wont resume, the system just stops responding, I diagnosed this by playing a music and changed the turn display off to 1 minute, about 10 seconds after the display turns off, the music stops, also the "Capslock" LED stops responding, then I will have to hard reboot.

Looking around the forums I think this is a driver issue.

My drivers

My Intel HD 4400 is using 10.18.10.3621 (got it from Microsoft update)

My AMD HD 8850m is using 14.200.1004.0, im using AMD Catalyst BETA driver 14.7-rc1

I'm 80% sure I updated to latest BIOS and Chipset drivers,

help?
