Inspiron 17R laptop display problem (with picture)

I bought an Inspiron 17R laptop in 2011, and I recently started having problems with the display.

Here is a picture of what it does once in a while. Those colors are not still, it's like tv static. Usually, one or 2 reboots solve the problem and it comes back to normal. Any idea of what I can do to solve this problem?
