Inspiron N5110 problems with Intel HD Graphics drivers

I have fresh Windows 7 64bit installation on my laptop with Intel i7 2630QM (Intel HD Graphics 3000) and nVidia GeForce 525M. First I had the following HD Graphics driver Intel HD Graphics 3000, v.15.21.13.64.2342 , A02 and GeForce driver nVidia GeForce GT 525M v.8.17.12.6683, A01.

When I tested system performance with 3DMark Vantage it said that system performance is too low considering the specs, this seemed strange because in nVidia Control Panel I specified to use the discrete graphics card. Then I updated to latest HD Graphics driver Intel HD Graphics 3000, v.8.15.10.2361, A03 and also installed 3DMark 11 for DirectX 11. When I ran 3DMark 11 I got BSOD and after the restart I tried 3DMark Vantage and also got BSOD.

Then I tried many things... system restore and uninstalling and reinstalling Intel HD Graphics drivers but I had this problem even with previous A02 HD Graphics drivers.

Here's the minidump and full memory dump of the crash when A02 HD Graphics driver was used:

Then I decided to remove both the Intel and nVidia drivers. When I restarted Windows automatically installed HD Graphics drivers (didn't check the version) which I didn't want since those are not provided by Dell. I disabled automatic driver installation and restarted again.

And now I cannot install any of the above mentioned versions of HD Graphics drivers at all !! Here's what I get:

Can anybody help to solve these annoyances?
