Can anyone advise on how to get touch functionality on an external monitor driven by Windows RT 8.1?
I have a Dell SX2210T monitor with HDMI and USB connections to a Microsoft Surface RT 8.1. The video, audio and USB hub are all fine, but the touch screen and webcam do not work.
Dell offers downloads for Windows 8.1 but of course these do not run in RT.
The issues for Surface RT would seem to be the same as for the Dell XPS 10 with keyboard dock. Does the Dell SX2210T work for touch and webcam functionality with the Dell XPS 10 via its micro-HDMI and USB connections on its keyboard dock? What is required?
