Line across my screen on 1 week old Inspiron 15z - Ridiculously poor quality product for the money.

Hello,

 

I bought this computer from Best Buy less than a week ago. I live in Bermuda but bought it in the U.S. as a means to save a bit of money. The laptop is not even a week old and a line has appeared across my screen. I am due to return home on Sunday, which will make my ability to fix this issue all that much expensive. I am will be heading into a Best Buy to see if I can get this fixed tomorrow. This leaves me only one day to get this fixed on a brand new computer. I find this absolutely ridiculous. I spent nearly a $1,000 for this item and it doesn't even last a week without an issue.

If I cannot get this fixed tomorrow, I will be sending this item back to Dell and ask them to refund my money. Why should I be forced to lug this around to get it fixed when it is solely based on poor quality hardware used by Dell.  Frankly, Dell should be more than willing to do this as this is not fault of my own, and simply prove that they are not a company intent on ripping off their customers. 

I wish I had bought something else, like a Mac. This will be my last purchase of anything Dell produces.
