Inspiron 15r 5521, worst service ever!

Hello Sir.

I have an Inspiron 15r 5521 which is still under warranty. Around two weeks before laptop fell from my hands and the hard disk and top covers were replaced. After installing the backup OS, I found an error while running My dell tests WVC07-L2W. I contacted Dell service and some guy told me that the GPU needs to be replaced and some higher tech member will call me the next day. There was no reply from their side so I again called service. This time another guy after running the evaluation tests told me to reinstall video drivers and said that he would call me the next day. I reinstalled all the drivers and the error code still appears. No one from dell side called me. So I had to make another service call,,this time a lady was at the other end..she also ran evaluation tests and wrote my address and all and gave me a Complaint reference no: and told me that after 1 week they will call me for the details ...still nobody called me....So i called Dell support today..not once but TWICE and they DISCONNECTED the call twice!!!....What am i supposed to do?
