My computer went into a blue screen completely randomly with the stop code 116 after playing for a while. I have installed no new programs within the last week and rollbacks have failed. The computer was hot at the time but it has run for longer periods of time and has not encountered any issues. It is around 1.5 years old, and has typically run completely fine. There is dome dust on and possibly inside the computer although i do not know if this caused the video card issue as it has been like this for a while. I went into safemode, roll backed the intel 4000hd driver into a VGA driver, then i downloaded an older 4000hd driver which is the (8.15.10.2653) version and i have not been able to update it. When i try to update it and then run the computer normally i get the same BSOD, and when i go back into safemode the version remains the same, and it does not allow me to revert to an older version. All diagnostics passed, and also windows updater was unable to update the intel 4000hd driver, leading me to believe that is the issue possibly but i have no clue how it is so, or how to fix it. I cannot run games at all, in its current state and have left the itnel driver disabled for now, leaving just the nvidia gtx 675m driver which has the most recent update.
