Bought this computer for my College student. Went with Dell because I thought they stood behind there work and computers. This is the second time the screen has went black. The first time they replaced it under the warranty that I bought but it just happened again today 13 days past the warranty time.
Now my daughter can't do he school work without going to the library. Called Dell they said it would be 306.00 to repair. What a joke, Guess I'll go to Best Buy and buy a new one and go with a company that will at least stand behind what they sell!
