vega crad problem

i bought (dell inspiron 5521 15r) two months ago.......the first two weeks it works normally with me...then when i open games like (pes 13  or  fifa 13 or call of duty) or any game it works slowly after it opens .........      i opend (configure switchable graphics ) and make these games high performance and still the same problem.................please answer me please.
