This came installed on my new laptop. My understanding is when you insert a DVD into the program is supposed to start up automatically. More often than not is does not. Then When I start up the program myself it will not detect a DVD in the drive. When I click on the small drive logo in the lower left hand corner where you should be able to choose the drive there is no D drive listed. the only option will be 'Open to Folder on Hard Drive'. Basically, the only time I have had success to watch a DVD is to repeatedly shut down my laptop then power it on again in the hope that the program will start on its own when insert a DVD and close the drive. If it doesn't work on the first try there is nothing you can do because you can not select the D drive if start the program from the start menu.
