Dell 15R SE 7520 - screen upgrade

Hi i have Dell 15R SE (7520) with 15.6in High Definition (1366X768) WLED with TrueLife Screen, it is possible to upgrade for FULL HD, latest screen 1920 x 1080 . If so, could you tell me please parts numbers, i guess i need to buy cable as well.
